My target group:

I have been working as bilingual communication coach for internationally operating group companies since 2000. On request of the employer, my coaching sessions are tailor-made, for managers who take on responsibilities for results and need to present them as well as for those who lead international teams at home and abroad.

My success reveals that through training with immediate practice transfer and exchange of experience among the managers, an increased solution-competence is created within the group of the trained participants. This results in a sustainable improvement of decision-making processes and thus savings in opportunity costs within the company.

Possible training topics:

  • Management of and cooperation with international teams
  • Structuring and techniques for presentations
  • Meetings and negotiations
  • Diversity and Gender
  • Intercultural communication and Cultural Awareness

All training sessions can be conducted in German and English language.

My approach:

My training approach is based on the communication model of Friedemann Schulz von Thun.

It is supported by two essential elements:

  • Humanistic thinking

  • Systemic impacts and interactions

The holistic approach implies a big variety of methods, which can be used for the training of managers on different levels and for their teams.

During the last few years I have complemented this model with elements of “Cultural Awareness”. The “intercultural training approach“ derived from this model sustainably supports understanding and cooperation within corporate structures.
