I have been working as bilingual communication coach for internationally operating group companies since 2000. On request of the employer, my coaching sessions are tailor-made, for managers who take on responsibilities for results and need to present them as well as for those who lead international teams at home and abroad.
My success reveals that through training with immediate practice transfer and exchange of experience among the managers, an increased solution-competence is created within the group of the trained participants. This results in a sustainable improvement of decision-making processes and thus savings in opportunity costs within the company.
