The added value of a company is created above all through the diversity in competences, origins, age and gender.
The cooperation between very different personalities is sometimes considered to be very complex and exhausting, but to my mind it is quite the opposite: it is an enrichment of the positive
development of a company! Only those who are able to combine the most different points of view instead of separating them will be able to deal with decisive changes in economy and society on the
long run. This will result in company success stories.
I see my mission in promoting this diversity. By increasing the awareness for various standards and cultures in the international context, we will not only be able to understand diversity but
also to live it.
